As early as 1982, Cedar Ridge Childrens Home and School began to incorporate adventure-based programming into the recreational and educational aspects of resident and student lives.
A small challenge course was built by Cedar Ridge staff in a section of woods previously reserved as a cattle pasture. Over the next two decades, Cedar Ridge Adventures has continued to grow and expand not only in the building of our state-of-the-art challenge ropes course, but also in the wide variety of groups and individuals we now serve. Our clients include therapeutic group homes, residential treatment centers, adolescent addiction units, mainstream and alternative school groups, church groups, sport teams, scout troupes, adult support groups, management teams, and professional groups.
